Information for Agents
- All agents must register in order to perform work for their clients in the system. Registration is quick and easy. When you are done you will have an Agent Account Number which you can provide to your clients, so they can authorize you to work on their behalf in the system.
- The first thing you must do is Enter a Username and click validate. Your username can be any combination of letters and numbers it must contain at least 8 characters and no more than 64 characters.
- Next you must choose a password Your password must be at least 12 characters long and must contain at least one capital letter, one number, and one special character (e.g. $, %, &, *). You will reenter your password for confirmation.
- You will then be required to select and answer three challenge questions. You must reenter your challenge question answer for confirmation.
