Before you begin: |
• The Agent has made a payment. • The payment is in a “Pending” status. • The Agent has a need edit the details of the payment. |

• The payment details are edited. |

Click the Payments left navigation menu item from the Agent Portal Home screen. |
SUITS displays the Agent Payment Function Maintenance screen. |

Click the Make Payments hyperlink. |
SUITS displays the Agent Payment Wizard – Amount Due Summary screen. |
• This screen displays the Employers the agent has the authority to make payments for. • Review the grid with the Employer Account ID, Employer Name, and Amount Due. • Click on the Employer Account ID link to view the debt details for a client. |

Select the radio button next to the payment you’d like to edit. |

Click the Edit Payment button. |
SUITS displays the Payments Wizard screen – Step 2: Payment Account Summary. |

Enter the new Amount to Apply in the Manual Payment Allocation panel. |

• The Amount to Apply will default to the previous amount. The user can change this amount if needed to make a partial payment. • This field is required. • The Payment Method cannot be edited. |

Continue with the Payments Wizard. |
