Purpose: The Agent Notes Lookup screen is the screen where an internal staff member can view or add notes to the Agent account. These are viewable by staff members; the agents cannot see notes left on their accounts within SUITS. This can only be accessed by navigating to the Agent Portal from the Staff Portal in SUITS.
