Agent Payment Lookup

Purpose: The Agent Payment Lookup screen is where agents can view past payments and the payment history. After searching for a particular payment, the agent would have the ability to open the payment and view the record. This screen can be accessed in the SUITS Agent Portal.

In addition, internal staff members can also access this screen by going through the Agent Lookup screen in the Staff Portal. Certain roles will have view only access to this screen for staff members.
