Purpose: The Agent Payment Wizard is the screen housing the wizard where agents can make payments on behalf of employers in SUITS. The wizard contains the following steps:
1. Amount Due Summary (includes type of payment allocation)
2. Payment Allocation (includes amounts and payment type)
3. Review and Verification of Payment
4. Payment Summary and Submission
The following information is needed in order for an agent to make payments on behalf of an employer in SUITS:
•Payment allocation information
•Payment type
•Amount to be paid
•Account information, if applicable
This wizard is viewable by agents in SUITS. These agents will need to have the role of Payment Submission given to them by the employer, or the Payments main menu will not be visible to the agent. Employers assign roles to agents when the relationship is first established, although this can be updated at any time.
