Purpose: The BPM Case Instance Maintenance screen is where internal staff members can view specific case instances. On this screen, staff can view the process instance information, the case instance information, and the case instance execution path. If the staff member has the role, they can also potentially change the priority of the case instance, or restrict the case instance. This screen can be accessed in the SUITS internal Staff Portal.
