Purpose: The BPMN Process Instance Maintenance screen is where internal staff can view the information related to a process instance. This includes the Process Instance ID, Process ID, Case Instance ID, along with the Process Name and Activity Instance information. This screen is visible to staff members who have the role and ability to look at process instances in SUITS. This screen can be accessed in the SUITS internal Staff Portal.
