Purpose: The Change Legal Name Wizard is the screen housing the wizard where employers can change their legal name. The wizard contains the following steps:
1. Change Legal Name (includes place to attach applicable documentation)
2. Summary
3. Confirmation
The following information is needed in order for an employer to change their legal name in SUITS:
•Reason to change legal name
•Articles of Amendment documentation
•New legal name
This wizard is viewable by employers in SUITS and can be accessed in the SUITS Employer Portal.
