The system waits for the prescribed time to run the batches which create the records for each universe. |

Click the Reports and Dashboards main menu item. |
Clicking this main menu item will open the Reporting Services Maintenance screen. |

Click the Tax Performance System hyperlink. |
Clicking this hyperlink will open the Tax Performance System screen. |

Click the Manage Work Plan hyperlink. |
Clicking this hyperlink will open the TPS Work Plan Lookup screen. |

Select the Year from the dropdown menu and then click the ‘Search’ button. |
Click the Search button to display the Search Results panel for that particular year. |
This screen allows you to search for and view the current year or past year’s work plans. In the Search Results panel, the table displays all the universes that the random sample reports will be derived from once completed. |

Enter the Random Numbers received from the USDOL, the Date Universe Built and Sample Pull Date. Then click the ‘Submit’ button. |
Click the Submit button once the table is completed. A message stating, “All changes successfully saved” will display at the top of the screen. Note: The batch jobs will not be scheduled to run until the Submit button has been clicked. |
For each universe, the Date Universe Built and Sample Pull Date will vary greatly. In the event you know the date for the universe to be built, but not the sample pull date yet, enter the information you do know. As you have dates to enter, click the Submit button. SUITS will save those dates, regardless if both have been entered, and then run the needed batch on said dates. You can continue to enter dates and click Submit throughout the year as information becomes available. |
