Purpose: The Create Investigation Maintenance screen allows users to create a new investigation. This is a dynamic screen in that, depending on what type of investigation is selected, other fields appear to be filled out. Initial documentation or additional information can be added to the investigation as well. Upon saving the record, a workflow is generated for someone to complete the investigation. This screen can be accessed in the SUITS internal Staff Portal.
