Create Staff User ID Maintenance

Purpose: The Create Staff User ID Maintenance screen allows users to create new User IDs for agency staff. It is tied to the Active Directory. Once the user is created, administrators will need to go and assign security roles as all other users. This screen can be accessed in the SUITS internal Staff Portal.
