DEW Staff needs access to SUITS that does not currently have access |
What happens next: |
SUITS creates the user record and sends and email to the new user |

Select the Administrative Services main menu item. |
This will bring you to the Administrative Services Maintenance screen. |

Select the Create Staff User ID icon. |
This will bring you to the Create Staff User ID screen |

Enter the information as shown below and click the ‘Save’ button. |
Clicking the Save button to trigger SUITS to pull all relevant information for this User ID from the Active Directory. |
Upon clicking the Save button, system will make an entry into SUITS database based on User ID entered to allow access to the SUITS application. An admin user will need to assign appropriate role(s) to this User/User ID through the Manage Users and Privileges screen. |
