Employer Messages Maintenance

Purpose: Employer Messages Maintenance is where employers can read the correspondences sent to them. This screen shows any unread messages in the Unread Messages pane and read messages in the Read Messages pane. The employer can access these messages by clicking on the Subject hyperlink for the message or by checking the checkbox for the message and clicking the Open button. Read messages can also be deleted by checking the checkbox for the message(s) to be deleted and clicking the Delete button. This screen can be accessed in the SUITS Employer Portal.

This screen may also be viewable by internal users with certain roles. However, internal users should never open unread messages in an employer account; these are for the employers only. From the internal Staff Portal, this screen can be accessed by searching for the employer and then entering the Employer Portal.
