If I delete or replace a case, do I have to enter a note first?

Yes. SUITS will display an error message if a note isn’t entered prior to clicking the ‘Delete’ or ‘Replace’ buttons.

General

What happens to the file created once this process is completed?

Once a sample is completed and submitted, SUITS generates an Excel file which contains the sample information. This is maintained for record keeping and sent to the USDOL, if applicable.

General

How many failed cases cause the entire sample report to be marked as failed?

In general, more than 2 failed cases. This is based on the sample size, so if an unusually small sample is generated the system will adjust this number based on USDOL Guidelines.

I clicked the Review link for one of the sample reports on the TPS Acceptance Sample Reports but when I get to the coding sheet, there are no cases to review. Why?

The coding sheet has no data available to review because the batch has not been run. If you return to the TPS Acceptance Sample Reports screen, you will notice the Acceptance Sample status is ‘Not Generated.’
