Purpose: The Internal Maintenance screen is the first screen an Internal User sees after logging into the SUITS Staff Portal. Also known as the staff landing page, it has the most used tasks available on the right pane including and Employer and Agent Search, Recently Accessed accounts, Group Workflow Work Items, Workflow Items. It also includes the left navigation called ‘Your Options’ and a navigation bar that allows the user to move between screens they have visited during the current login session.
