Purpose: The Investigation Lookup screen allows users to look up investigation records in different statuses. From the search results, a user can access investigation records by clicking on the hyperlinked ID. It is also from this screen that a new investigation can be created via the New button. This screen can be accessed in the SUITS internal Staff Portal.
