Purpose: The login screen is accessed by clicking on Employer, Agent, or Internal User on the SUITS Home page. The user enters their username and password and clicks the Login button to enter SUITS. There is a ‘Forgot Password’ hyperlink that will allow Employers or Agents to receive an email with a hyperlink to reset their password after providing their eight digit Employer Account Id, or Agent Account ID and email address on record. Employers can also login by using a security question or PIN via the ‘Authenticate’ hyperlink under the ‘Forgot Password’ hyperlink. Agents can also authenticate with the ‘Authenticate’ hyperlink using their Agent Account ID, PIN and Employer Account ID.
