      Debt has been referred to the State Treasury and a record is created of that in SUITS

      State Intercept record is viewed and/or exported to an Excel spreadsheet.

1. 

Select Employer Services main menu item.

SUITS displays Employer Service icon options.

 

2. 

Select Manage Collection Functions.

SUITS displays Process Collections Maintenance icon options.

 

3. 

Select the Intercept icon.

SUITS will display the Intercept Home Maintenance screen

 

4. 

Select the State Intercept Lookup icon.

SUITS displays the State Intercept Lookup screen

 

5. 

Enter Employer Account ID and click the ‘Search’ button.

Search results will display below in the Search Results panel

 

6. 

View the records and/or Export to Excel as needed.
