Click the IRS 940 Certification main menu item from the Employer Portal Home screen. |
SUITS displays the Employer IRS Certification Maintenance screen. |

Click the Request for IRS 940 Certification hyperlink. |
SUITS displays the Employer IRS Certification Wizard. |

Select a Year from the dropdown menu. |

Click the Search button. |
