• The workflow item must have been initiated. • There must be a reason to either specifically assign or reassign the workflow item to another user. • The user must have the associated role to reassign work. |

Navigate to the Staff Portal Home screen. |

The assumption is that internal users will access a URL link to get to the Staff Portal. |

Click on the BPM Administrator main menu item on the left side panel. |
SUITS displays the BPMAdministrator Maintenance screen. |

Click the Reassign Work hyperlink. |
SUITS displays the BPMN Reassign Work Maintenance. |

Enter search criteria to find the workflow item that needs to be assigned or reassigned. |

Click the Search button. |
SUITS displays the search results in the Bpm Reassign Work Details panel. |

Check the box(es) next to the workflow item(s) that need to be assigned or reassigned. |

Enter the User ID of the user who will receive the workflow items into the User ID field. |

When a user starts typing a name in this field, results that match will autopopulate. The user can click on one of the results to choose that user. |

Click the Assign/Reassign button. |
SUITS assigns or reassigns the workflow item(s) to the designated user. |
