Before you begin:

•      A Change of Legal Entity experience transfer has been approved by Internal User.

What happens next:

•      The Change of Legal Entity is reversed.

1. 

Log into Employer Self-Service Portal.

SUITS displays the Employer Self-Service Portal.

 

2. 

Click Account Maintenance from ‘Your Options’ menu.

SUITS displays the Employer Maintenance screen.

 

3. 

Click the Experience Transfer History hyperlink.

SUITS displays the Experience Transfer Maintenance screen.

 

4. 

Click the hyperlink in the Acquired Business column.

SUITS displays the Experience Transfer Details Maintenance screen.

 

5. 

Click the Experience Transfer tab.

 

 

6. 

Click the Reverse button.

 

If both parties have not entered their data, the Reverse button will not display.
