SUITS updates the acquired and acquiring businesses based on business rules and marks the experience transfer as completed, and generates all necessary correspondences.

• If the change is only for a Legal Name, then Internal User updates the Legal Name, denies the workflow and the process ends. • If the change is only for FEIN, then Internal User updates the FEIN using the Update Liability Information Use Case, denies the workflow and the process ends. • If the change is truly a merger and acquisition and not a Change of Legal Entity, Internal User will initiate the merger and acquisition process, denies the workflow and process ends. • If the change is truly a Change of Legal Entity, the Internal User will approve the workflow.
