Purpose: The Review Employer Appeal Wizard screen is the screen housing the wizard where internal staff members can review an employer’s initial protest in SUITS. Any supporting documentation will be available, as well as any other information to note. The wizard contains the following steps:
1. Protest Details (including information in the Protest Documents, Supporting Documents, Interpreter Details, Additional Representation, and Notes tabs)
2. Notes
3. Select Determination/Rationale
4. Select Recipient Address
5. Create Determination Correspondence
6. Confirmation
The following information is needed in order for an internal staff member to review an initial protest in SUITS:
•The role and knowledge to review initial protests
•Determination or rationale
•Address information
•Correspondence information
This wizard is viewable by internal staff members who have the appropriate role in the SUITS internal Staff Portal. Once the wizard is complete, a new workflow will be triggered for another user to review the determination and correspondence to be sent regarding the decision. This secondary workflow will need to be reviewed prior to the correspondence being sent.
