• The Agent has an existing UI account. |

• SUITS reflects the Agent’s new Agent Type and/or FTP Access. |

Click the Agent Lookup left-navigation menu item from the Internal Home screen. |
SUITS displays the Agent Lookup screen. |

Enter an Agent Account Number or other search criteria in the Criteria panel. |

Click the Agent Account Number hyperlink. |
SUITS displays the Agent Portal Home screen (Internal View). |

Click the Account Maintenance left menu item from the Agent Home screen. |
SUITS displays the Agent Account Maintenance screen. |

Select the Profile tab. |
SUITS displays the Profile tab. |
The Profile tab is only available in the Internal view of the Agent Portal. Agent Users cannot view the Profile tab. |

Select “Agent Type” from the dropdown menu. |
