Staff Updates Agent Profile

Objective(s):

The objective of this process is for an Internal User to update an Agent’s profile:

Agent Type and/or FTP Access.

Before you begin:

      The Agent has an existing UI account.

What happens next:

      SUITS reflects the Agent’s new Agent Type and/or FTP Access.

1. 

Click the Agent Lookup left-navigation menu item from the Internal Home screen.

SUITS displays the Agent Lookup screen.

 

2. 

Enter an Agent Account Number or other search criteria in the Criteria panel.

 

 

3. 

Click the Search button.

SUITS displays the results in the Search Results panel.

 

4. 

Click the Agent Account Number hyperlink.

SUITS displays the Agent Portal Home screen (Internal View).

The Agent Portal Home screen opens in a new tab.

5. 

Click the Account Maintenance left menu item from the Agent Home screen.

SUITS displays the Agent Account Maintenance screen.

 

6. 

Click the Account Maintenance link.

SUITS displays the Agent Account Maintenance screen. This screen displays the Agent Details and Other Information panels.

 

7. 

Select the Profile tab.

SUITS displays the Profile tab.

The Profile tab is only available in the Internal view of the Agent Portal. Agent Users cannot view the Profile tab.

8. 

Select “Agent Type” from the dropdown menu.

 

Agent Type dropdown menu options =

      Agent.

      Fiscal Intermediary.

      Transmitter.

Select “FTP Access” from the dropdown menu.

Click the Save button.

SUITS displays the message:
“All Changes Successfully Saved”.
