Before you begin: |
• A workflow item must have been initiated. • The workflow item must be assigned to the user who is going to suspend it. • There must be a reason to suspend the workflow item. • The user must have the role associated with the ability to suspend workflow items. |
What happens next: |
The workflow item is suspended, to be resumed in one of three situations: • The Suspension End Date is reached • The Resume Action has been completed • The workflow is manually resumed |

Enter a note in the Suspension Notes box. |
