Purpose: The UI Tax History Maintenance screen lists the tax rates by Year for the Employer. Each Year has the Quarter, UI Tax Rate, Contingency, Interest Surcharge, and Trust Fund Rate. This screen can be accessed in the SUITS Employer Portal.
