The objective of this process is for an Agent to update its address with the UI agency using the Self-Service portal. |
Before you begin: |
• The Agent has a new address and needs to update an existing address. |
What happens next: |
• The Agent has updated its address record with the UI agency. • SUITS will now reflect the new address. • SUITS saves the old address record in Address History. |

Click the Account Maintenance left-navigation menu item from the Agent Portal Home screen. |
SUITS displays the Agent Account Maintenance screen. |
To complete this as an internal user, go to the Agent Lookup screen and search for the Agent, then access the Agent self-service portal as an internal user and complete these steps.

Click the Employer Maintenance link. |
SUITS displays the Agent Account Maintenance screen. This screen displays the Agent Details and Other Information panels. |

Select the Address Summary tab. |
SUITS displays the Address Summary tab with any existing address records. |

Click the New button. |
SUITS displays the Agent Address Maintenance screen. |

Select Address Type from the dropdown menu. |

• Address Type options = Mailing; Physical

Enter Address Line 1. |

Enter Address Line 2 (not required). |

Enter a City. |

Enter a Zip Code. |

Select a State from the dropdown menu (default is South Carolina). |
