Objective(s):

To view a message in the agent portal.

Before you begin:

The employer or staff member must have a reason to be viewing the message in the agent portal. Staff should not view unread Agent Messages.

What happens next:

The messages are viewed by either the agent or the staff member.

Notes

1. 

Navigate to the Agent Portal.

SUITS displays the Agent Home screen.

 

2. 

Click the You Have [number] Unread Messages hyperlink on the left side panel.

SUITS displays the Messages Maintenance screen.

 

3. 

Click the hyperlink in the Subject column.

SUITS displays the Employer Message Maintenance screen.

SUITS displays the text of the message that was selected. This will vary depending on what activity has taken place in the agent account.
