Objective(s):

To view the BPM case.

Before you begin:

      The BPM case must already exist in the system.

      There must be a reason to search for and view the BPM case.

What happens next:

The BPM case is viewed by the user.

1. 

Navigate to the Staff Portal Home screen.

SUITS displays the Staff Portal Home screen.

The assumption is that internal users will access a URL link to get to the Staff Portal.

2. 

Click on the BPM Administrator main menu item on the left side panel.

SUITS displays the BPMAdministrator Maintenance screen.

 

3. 

Click the Case Configuration hyperlink.

SUITS displays the BPM Case Lookup screen.

 

4. 

Enter search criteria.

 

 

5. 

Click the Search button.

SUITS displays the search results in the Search Results panel.

 

6. 

Click the Case ID hyperlink for the case to be viewed.

SUITS opens the BPMN Case Maintenance screen.

On this screen, the details of the case can be viewed. If the user has the role, the status of the case can also be updated on this screen.
