The assumption is that internal users will access a URL link to get to the Staff Portal. |

Click on the BPM Administrator main menu item on the left side panel. |

Click the Case Configuration hyperlink. |
SUITS displays the BPM Case Lookup screen. |

Enter search criteria. |
