View Deposit Payment Details

Role:

      Internal user

Objective(s):

To view the details of a submitted batch payment deposit.

Before you begin:

      An Employer has made a payment via cash, paper check, cashier’s check, or money order.

      An internal user or RPS has created and submitted a batch payment deposit.

      The internal user has a need to view the batch payment deposit.

What happens next:

      The batch payment deposit is viewed in RPS.

 

How to do it:

Notes

1. 

Click the Employer Services left menu item from the Staff Portal Home screen.

SUITS displays the Employer Service Maintenance screen.

 

2. 

Click the Payment Batch Deposit hyperlink.

SUITS displays the Manage Payments Functions Maintenance screen.

 

3. 

Click the Employer Payment Batch Header hyperlink.

SUITS displays the Employer Payment Batch Header Lookup screen.

 

4. 

Enter Search Criteria.

 

The user can search by one or more search criteria.

5. 

Click the Search button.

SUITS displays the results in the Search Results panel.

 

6. 

Select the checkbox corresponding to the record you wish to view.

 

The user can also click the Payment Batch Header hyperlink of the record they wish to view to open the record.

7. 

Click the Open button.

SUITS displays the Employer Payment Batch Header screen.

 

8. 

View the record.

 

      This screen displays the submitted record.

      The screen displays the Deposit Details panel and the Deposit Payment Details panel.

      The Deposit Payment Details panel only displays the payments that were submitted via the Deposit.

      The Deposit Payment Details panel is read-only for payments that are in a “Processed” status.

      View the Status field in the Deposit Details panel.

      The record and batch payments may also be viewed in RPS.
