Objective(s):

To view an alert in the employer portal.

Before you begin:

The employer or staff member must have a reason to be viewing the alert in the employer portal. Staff should not read unread Employer Alerts.

What happens next:

The alerts are viewed by either the employer or the staff member.

Navigate to the Employer Portal.

SUITS displays the Employer Home screen.

 

2. 

Click the You Have [number] Alerts hyperlink on the left side panel.

SUITS displays the Employer Alerts Maintenance screen.

Alerts are not interactive, so all of the alerts are displayed on this screen to be viewed.
