Objective(s):

To view a message in the employer portal.

Before you begin:

The employer or staff member must have a reason to be viewing the message in the employer portal. Staff should not view unread Employer Messages.

What happens next:

The messages are viewed by either the employer or the staff member.

1. 

Navigate to the Employer Portal.

SUITS displays the Employer Portal Home screen.

 

2. 

Click the You Have [number] Unread Messages hyperlink on the left side panel.

SUITS displays the Messages Maintenance screen.

 

3. 

Click the hyperlink in the Subject column.

SUITS displays the Employer Message Maintenance screen.

SUITS displays the text of the message that was selected. This will vary depending on what activity has taken place in the employer account.
