What if I need to manually create the lien and generate the Notice of Assessment?

 

In the event a lien needs to be created outside SUITS process, complete the following steps:

      Go to Manage Collection Functions

      Select Lien

      Click New

      Enter Employer ID and select to Create Lien

      Select the checkbox to Generate Assessment

      Enter Notes

      Click Next

      Select which County employer is located in

      Click next

      Select each Quarter/Year to be included in lien

      Click next twice more

This will create the Lien ID and trigger SUITS to create a Notice of Assessment to be sent to employer at next batch run
