• An Employer has requested an Account Inactivation due to a change of business entity. |
What happens next: |
• The Employer’s account is Inactivated. |

Click the Work Item Number link corresponding to the Review Employer Inactivation workflow process. |
SUITS displays the Employer Maintenance screen. |

Click the Inactivate Employer Account link. |
SUITS displays the Review Employer Inactivation Updates Maintenance screen. |

Review the Employer Information panel. |

Enter Notes. |

SUITS updates the Employer Status from “Active” to “Inactive”. |
• When the Employer logs into their account, they will now see Status = Inactive. • ALTERNATIVE ACTION: o Click the No Action button. o SUITS generates a message to the Employer’s account: “Request for Inactivate Employer Account has been denied and the account remains ‘Active’ ”. |
