Agency Reviews Employer’s Request for Account Inactivation

Role:

      Internal User.

Objective(s):

      To inactivate an account due to one of the following:

Change of Entity\Organization.

Ownership.

      Bankruptcy.

Before you begin:

      An Employer has requested an Account Inactivation due to a change of business entity.

What happens next:

      The Employer’s account is Inactivated.

Notes

1. 

Click the Work Item Number link corresponding to the Review Employer Inactivation workflow process.

SUITS displays the Employer Maintenance screen.

 

2. 

Click the Inactivate Employer Account link.

SUITS displays the Review Employer Inactivation Updates Maintenance screen.

 

3. 

Review the Employer Information panel.

 

 

4. 

Enter Notes.

 

.

5. 

Click the Save button.

SUITS updates the Employer Status from “Active” to “Inactive”.

      When the Employer logs into their account, they will now see Status = Inactive.



      ALTERNATIVE ACTION:

Click the No Action button.

SUITS generates a message to the Employer’s account: “Request for Inactivate Employer Account has been denied and the account remains ‘Active’ ”.
