Purpose: The BPM Escalation Lookup screen allows a user to search for processes that have been set to have an escalation rule. They can enter search criteria or otherwise do a blanket search for all records of escalations. From this screen they can also click the New button to start a new escalation record, or open an existing one to view and/or modify. This screen can be accessed in the SUITS internal Staff Portal.
