Select Employer Services menu item. |
SUITS displays the Employer Services Maintenance screen. |

SUITS displays the Extension Lookup screen. |

Click the ‘New’ button. |
SUITS displays the Extension Maintenance screen |

Enter the following information: • Employer Account ID • Extension Length • Report Quarter/Year |

Click the ‘Save’ button. |
SUITS will update the due date for the employer and be reflected in the Employer Portal for the employer as well. |
