Create a New Extension

Role:

      Internal staff

Objective(s):

      To create an extension on an employer account. 

Before you begin:

      The current quarterly due date has not passed 

What happens next:

      The employer account is updated with the extension for the quarterly due date

Notes

1. 

Select Employer Services menu item.

SUITS displays the Employer Services Maintenance screen.

 

2. 

Select the Manage Extensions icon.

SUITS displays the Extension Lookup screen.

 

3. 

Click the ‘New’ button.

SUITS displays the Extension Maintenance screen

 

4. 

Enter the following information:

      Employer Account ID

      Extension Length

      Report Quarter/Year

 

 

5. 

Upload supporting documentation

 

 

6. 

Enter a Note

 

 

7. 

Click the ‘Save’ button.

SUITS will update the due date for the employer and be reflected in the Employer Portal for the employer as well.
