Purpose: The Extension Maintenance screen allows users to create a new extension for an employer by entering in the information of the Employer Account ID, the Year/Quarter in which the extension is for, and how long the extension should be. Any documentation to support this extension can be attached. This screen can be accessed in the SUITS internal Staff Portal.
