To complete this field, select an option from the drop down which accurately reflects the cause of the activity’s suspension. Your options are: • Missing Information • Incorrect Information Received • Certification Issue • Employer Response Needed • Internal Response Needed • Awaiting Member / Recipient’s Response • Requested by Member / Recipient • Other This field is required if you are suspending the activity.
Additional information about this field: The reason you select has no effect on the suspension process. It’s just a way for SUITS to categorize suspended activities. |

To complete this field, enter the date you want the activity to resume if its configured process event(s) don’t occur and nobody resumes it.

To complete this field, select an option from the drop down. Your selection depends on how you want the system to resume the activity outside of the end date or a manual resume. Your options are: • All Documents: The system will resume the activity if all resume process events occur. • Any Document: The system will resume the activity if just one of the process events occurs. This field is required if you are suspending the activity. |

This grid is found in the Image tab of the Other Details panel of the BPM Activity Instance Maintenance screen. The system populates the grid with all the images attached to the activity. Its columns are: • Process Instance Attachment ID: Unique serial ID the system assigns to the image entry. Link which displays the image. • Doc type: Identifies the ECM document the image is categorized as. • Event Description: Identifies the process event the image is associated with. • ECM Guid: Globally Unique Identifier which defines the scanned image. • Received Date: Displays the date the system indexed the ECM document and attached it to the activity instance. |

Notes |
The system populates the grid with all the notes attached to the activity. Its columns are: • ID: Unique serial ID the system assigned to the note when it was created. • Notes: Text of the note. • Modified By: User who most recently updated the note. • Modified Date: Most recent day the note was updated. |

Activity Checklist |
This grid is found in the Activity Checklist tab of the Other Details panel of the BPM Activity Instance Maintenance screen. The system populates the grid with all the checklist items from the activity’s configuration. Its columns are: • Checklist Description: Text which describes what the checklist item is. • Event Description: The name of the process event the checklist item is associated with. • Required: If checked, the user cannot complete the activity if the checklist item is not completed. • Completed: Checkbox for the user to indicate the item is complete. • Completed Date: Textbox for the user to enter the date the item became complete. |
