Before you begin:

•      10 days have passed since the Statement of Account has been sent to the Employer

•      The Employer still has $3.00 or more of unpaid debt on their account

What happens next:

•      Notice of Assessment has been sent to Employer

1. 

This is a Systematic process with no user interaction.

Scheduled run time occurs and batch is initiated. Batch name is:

System Determined Penalty and Fine batch.

This batch runs nightly.

2. 

The accounts meeting the following criteria will have a NOA created:

•    Employer has eligible delinquent debt.

•    Employer has received Statement of Account – Delinquent and,

•    More than 10 days have passed since SOA – Delinquent mailing date.

•    Employer does not have “Active” bankruptcy on file.

•    Employer does not have “Active” collections hold.

•    If entity type = Sole Proprietor, the assessment will be a personal liability assessment.
