Purpose: The Manage Debt Maintenance Wizard screen is the screen housing the wizard where internal users can access an employer’s debt. Here, the internal user can write off employer’s debt, waive fines and fees, or reinstate debt. The wizard contains the following steps:
1. Debt Lookup
2. Write Off Debt
3. Write Off Debt Verification
4. Write Off Debt Confirmation
The following information is needed in order for an internal user to manage delinquent debt on an employer account in SUITS:
•Employer information
•Debt information
This wizard is viewable by internal users in SUITS. It can be accessed by going through the Staff Portal to enter the Employer Portal.
