Purpose: The Manage Refund Functions screen is the screen where internal staff members can find the submenu items related to refunds. These submenus include:
•Search for Refund Request
•Issue Manual Refund Check
This screen can only be accessed in the internal Staff Portal by an internal user who has the appropriate role.
