Objective(s): |
To queue a batch without using its configured trigger (if it has one) or waiting for its scheduled date and time (if it has one). |
Before you begin: |
There is a need to execute a job schedule either as part of a business process design or outside the normal business procedure (circumventing any existing in-system trigger, such as a button on another screen, and/or the job schedule’s execution date and time). |
What happens next: |
The system displays the job schedules and scheduled times which match the user’s search. |

Select the Administrative Services main menu item. |
This brings you to the Administrative Services Maintenance screen. |

Select the Job Schedule icon. |
The system displays the Job Schedule Lookup screen. |

Enter the Schedule Name. |

Click the Search button. |
The system displays the matching results. |

5. |
Open the job schedule. |
The system displays the Job Schedule Maintenance screen. |

Click the Run Immediately button. |
The system displays the message “Batch process is queued successfully.” |

The system populates the Job Schedule Instance History tab with the queued job. |
If desired, open the tab and open the most recent instance to monitor the job you just manually ran until it’s processed, plus the relevant process log entries. |
