Purpose: The Review Evaluate Missing Refund Maintenance screen is the screen where internal staff members can review a missing refund request from an employer and decide to approve or deny the request. This screen takes the form of a workflow item in SUITS. This screen can only be accessed in the internal Staff Portal.
