Purpose: The Review Experience Transfer Details Maintenance screen is where the Internal User Approves or Denies an Experience Transfer. This screen is accessed either through ‘My Basket’ or the Group Work flow Work Items area on the Staff Portal Landing page.
The Internal User also has the ability to make some edits to the information they compare between the Acquired To and Acquired From information. As the acquired and acquiring businesses complete the associate Action Items the information on this screen will update accordingly.
Once both the acquired and acquiring business have completed their information, the Internal User compares the information and contacts the businesses if needed to clear up any potential mistakes or mismatches. Once all information is correct from both parties, the Internal User will click the Approve or Deny button.
This screen can be accessed in the SUITS internal Staff Portal.
