Before you begin: |
• The Employer has submitted a legal name change request using the Employer Self-Service portal. • SUITS has sent the UI agency a work item to “Review the Legal Name Change”. |
What happens next: |
• The UI agency approves the legal name change. • The new legal name change is reflected in SUITS. |
