•The Employer has submitted a legal name change request using the Employer Self-Service portal. •SUITS has sent the UI agency a work item to “Review the Legal Name Change”. |

What happens next: |
•The UI agency approves the legal name change. •The new legal name change is reflected in SUITS. |

SUITS displays the Review Legal Name Maintenance screen. |

Review the Employer Information and Employer Details panels. |

Click the Available button in the Articles of Amendment field. |
SUITS downloads the document. |

Open or Save the document and review it |

Enter Notes. |

SUITS displays the Staff Portal Home screen. |
