Purpose: The Review Status Redetermination Investigation Maintenance screen is the workflow related to the investigation that is assigned to a user. When launched, this screen opens. It contains all the initial information entered at the time in which the investigation is created, and allows for the user to enter notes, upload supporting documentation, and decide whether or not they wish to request this investigation is converted to an audit. This screen can be accessed in the SUITS internal Staff Portal.
