Purpose: The Suspense Payment Lookup screen is the screen where internal staff members can search for and view suspense payment records that have been made in SUITS. Using the search criteria on the screen, users are able to narrow down their searches to find the suspense payment that needs to be viewed. This screen can only be accessed in the SUITS internal Staff Portal by a user who has the appropriate role.
