Verify Potential SUTA Dumping Hits found in SDDS with the SUTA Dumping Report in SUITS

Objective(s):

To view a SUTA Dumping Report based on SUTA reporting criteria entered by Internal User.

Before you begin:

•      SUITS batch scheduler triggers batch processes to create SDDS files.

•      Internal User downloads SDDS files.

•      Wage report data must be available in SUITS.

•      Internal User has report criteria from SDDS files.

•      Workflow from SDDS has been created.

•      Internal User is logged into Staff Portal.

What happens next:

•      SUTA report has been successfully processed to verify potential SUTA Dumping hits found in the SDDS files.

1. 

Log into Staff Portal.

SUITS displays the Staff Portal.

2. 

Click Employer Services from the ‘Your Options’ menu.

SUITS displays the Employer Services Maintenance screen.

3. 

Click SUTA Dumping hyperlink.

SUITS displays SUTA Dumping Report Maintenance screen.

4. 

Click Enter Report Parameters hyperlink.

SUITS displays SUTA Report Parameters Maintenance screen.

5. 

Enter Employer Account ID.

Required. Search icon allows Internal User to search for an employer if they do not have the Employer Account ID. They search for the employer and click the Employer Account ID to add to the search parameters.

Select Target Quarter from drop down.

SUITS will only run reports for quarters which are submitted and where the submission date has passed.

Select Target Year from drop down.

8. 

Fill in remaining fields using criteria found in potential hit from SDDS.

9. 

Click the Submit button.

SUITS displays the message ‘All changes successfully saved.’

Click Back arrow in screen navigation.

SUITS displays SUTA Dumping Report Maintenance screen.

Click Review Report hyperlink.

•      SUITS displays the Review SUTA Report Maintenance screen.

•      SUITS displays List of SUTA Dumping Reports requested by current Internal User.

Reports are automatically filtered by the current Internal User but can also filtered by Employer ID, Transaction Date, Status and Quarter/Year as needed.

Select the radio button for the correct quarter and year.

Click the View button.

SUITS displays the SUTA Dumping Detection Report Maintenance screen.
