Select the Employer Lookup main menu item. |
SUITS displays the Employer Lookup screen |

Enter the Employer ID and click the ‘Search’ button. |
Search results are displayed in the Search Results panel |

Click the hyperlinked Employer ID. |
A new browser window will open which will display the Employer Portal home screen. |

Select the Benefit Charges Summary main menu item. |
SUITS displays the Benefit Charges Summary screen. |

Select the year you wish to view from the dropdown. |

Click the Search button. |
SUITS will display the details of the year selected. |

View the information and click the hyperlinked dollar amount if desired. |
SUITS will display the detailed dollar amounts that create the sum total for each quarter. |

View the information and Export to Excel as needed. |
