The assumption is that internal users will access a URL link to get to the Staff Portal. |

Click on the BPM Administrator main menu item on the left side panel. |
SUITS displays the BPM Administrator Maintenance screen. |

Click the Escalations hyperlink. |
SUITS displays the BPMN Escalation Lookup screen. |

Enter search criteria. |

Click the Search button. |
SUITS displays the search results in the Search Results panel. |

Click the Escalation Name hyperlink for the escalation to be viewed. |
SUITS opens the BPMN Escalation Maintenance screen. |
This can also be opened by checking the box next to the escalation to be viewed and then clicking the Open button.
On this screen, the details of the process can be viewed. If the user possesses the role, the escalation can also be edited from this screen. |
